Banana Bread
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda1
tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt2 eggs
1 cup sugar (can be less)
4 very ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla1
2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven 350F/170C
Combine Flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, cream with electric mixer the eggs & sugar.
Add the mashed banana, vanilla, oil & cinnamon then mixed them well.
Then add the flour mixture (1/3 at a time), mixed well
Divide batter into 2 - 9x5 loaf pans - or 1 rectangular pan.
Bake approximately 1 hr.
Cake is ready when you inserted a toothpick and it comes out clean
