125g butter
100g fine dark chocolate
300g marmalade (one jam-sized bottle)
150g sugar
2 eggs
150 SR Flour
Melt butter in a pot on stove top
Off fire, break chocolate bar into small chunks in pot
Mix well
Beat eggs and sugar in mixer
Pour into chocolate mixture
Add Marmalade
Sift in flour
Scoop into muffin case
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20mins
